I was lucky enough to be selected as a participant at this years International Summer School of Photography. I will be in a small workshop working with David Bate. I’m not one for words, so that is all I have to say for now.

From the series “the half of it” (2011):

You don’t always get the whole story. Sometimes there is more to it, another half perhaps. When you view an image you could be looking at a documentation of a moment, a moment that was led to by other moments, and will most likely be followed by subsequent moments. It is easy to miss important details in a photograph if you do not spend time with it, but sometimes spending too much time with a photograph may lead you to a conclusion that is not correct. But, if you really look at an image, read it’s title, truly interact with it, you just might see what happens next, and if you don’t, you wont know the half of it.
